These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Galley Kitchen customer platform, including warranty registration, product verification, the Family Wall and support services. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering warranties or submitting requests.
2. Accounts and Warranty Records
You are responsible for the information associated with your warranty records. Registrations based on false, incomplete or fraudulent information may be rejected or cancelled.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, text and graphics on this platform are the property of Galley Kitchen or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
4. Product Verification
Verification tools are provided to help confirm the authenticity of genuine products. Verification results are indicative and do not by themselves create any additional guarantee beyond the applicable warranty terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galley Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
6. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
